Return Policy
- Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please email us at info@candleaddict.ca with your Order # before returning any item.
- Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
- Damaged items will be replaced with the same product only. A photo of the damage may be required.
