We currently ship across Canada using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During holidays, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping starts at CAD $12
  • Free shipping on orders over CAD $100 
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 1–2 business days
  • Western & Atlantic Canada: 2–4 business days
  • Remote areas may require additional time

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
